En mi viaje relámpago por Cusco, decidí regresar a Cicciolina. Hacía 3 años que no iba y nuevamente quedé enamorada del lugar. Es un lugar vivo, con los colores del mercado, la texturas de los ajies secos, las pizarras, las flores frescas hacen del lugar un sitio inolvidable y sumamente acogedor.

In my one day trip to Cusco I decided to return to Cicciolina. It had been 3 years since I´ve visited it for the last time. Once again I fell in love with the place. It is alive, the vibrant colors from the marketplace, the Aji´s sundried texture, the blackboard, the fresh flowers all make from this restaurante a place to remember and feel comfortable.

La zona de la barra es la parte más acogedora del restaurante.

The cosiest part of the restaurant is the bar.

Como acababa de aterrizar y a veces la altura te puede jugar una mala pasada, decidí comer ligero.

Un consomé andino y una ensalada de verduras grilladas, para acompañar una deliciosa  limonada con menta.

As I had just landed, and sometiemes altitude sickness is a possibility I decided to eat light.

I had an andean consome and grilled vegetable salad acompanied by a minty lemonade.

No hubo postre esta vez pero si disfruté de un exquisito té de menta marroquí.

This time there was no dessert, but I enjoyed a delicious morrocan mint tea.
